Horizon the web based dashboard can be used to manage /administer OpenStack services. It can be used to manage instances and images, create keypairs, attach volumes to instances, manipulate Swift containers etc. Apart from this, dashboard even gives the user access to instance console and can connect to an instance through VNC.
