Adds a message with the ERROR level.

INFO(request, message, extra_tags='', fail_silently=False)

Adds a message with the INFO level.

SUCCESS(request, message, extra_tags='', fail_silently=False)

Adds a message with the WARNING level.

load()

Read and parse the message file.

send_message(request)

horizon.notifications.process_message_notification(request, messages_path)

Process all the msg file found in the message directory
