• Fixes a bug in the “Create Listener” modal that caused protocol options like UDP and SCTP to disappear from the dropdown menu during consecutive uses without a page refresh.

• Fixes a UI validation bug that incorrectly prevented creating multiple listeners on the same port. The validation logic now correctly recognizes different L4 protocol families, enabling port sharing between protocols like TCP and UDP.

• Fixed an issue where LBaaS v2 operations unrelated to TLS certificates could show errors when the Barbican key-manager service was absent from the service catalog.
