• bug 2123895 <https://bugs.launchpad.net/oslo.limit/+bug/2123895>`_: Fixed the capability to query endpoint id from Keystone, which consistently failed due to internal TypeError.

• Fix ignored keystoneauth adapter options such as valid_interfaces.

• The following options have been added to the [oslo_limit] section. When these options are set instead of the endpoint_id option, endpoint id is looked up from keystone API.
