Note de release pour les changements non déployées¶
8.2.0-13¶
Upgrade Notes¶
bcryptis no longer a requirement of oslo.middleware. It is only used by the deprecated basic auth middleware, and has moved to thebasic-authextra. Deployments that use the basic auth middleware must installoslo.middleware[basic-auth], otherwise the middleware refuses to start.
Middleware no longer installs a global OpenTelemetry tracer provider. If oslo.messaging tracing previously relied on that implicit provider and no other component provides a global SDK provider, configure the endpoint and service name under
[oslo_messaging_tracing]. RPC spans can continue the API trace through shared OpenTelemetry context.
Deprecation Notes¶
The
oslo_middleware.basic_authmodule and associated objects have been deprecated for removal, along with thebasic_authpaste filter and the[oslo_middleware] http_basic_auth_user_fileoption. No known consumer exists: the projects that perform HTTP basic authentication against an Apachehtpasswdfile carry their own copy of this code.Terminate HTTP basic authentication in a web server in front of the service, or use keystone.
Bug Fixes¶
API spans created by TracingMiddleware now use the configured
[oslo_middleware_tracing] service_name, exporter, and sampling rate even when OSProfiler or another component has already installed an OpenTelemetry global tracer provider. Middleware uses its own provider and does not replace or shut down providers owned by other components.
