• Element overcloud-opstools has been removed. The puropose of this element was to install osops-tools-monitoring-oschecks package in overcloud images. This package is not supported in CentOS 8.

• Nova services are now running in the containers but we have still a lot of libvirt packages installed on Overcloud systems. This change remove unnecessary libvirt packages.
