Upgrade Notes

• The default polling.yaml file has been updated and now it enables meters related to cinder by default.

Deprecation Notes

• Support for VMWare vSphere has been deprecated, because the vmwareapi virt driver in nova has been marked experimental and may be removed in a future release.

• Support for running Ceilometer in Windows operating systems has been deprecated because of retirement of the Winstackers project. Because of this, Hyper-V inspector is also deprecated.
