• The neutron::agents::l3::ha_enabled parameter has been deprecated and has no effect now.

• The neutron::logging::watch_log_file parameter has been deprecated.

• The neutron::server::ensure_dr_package parmaeter has been deprecated in favor of the neutron::services::dr class.
