New Features

• The new ironic::conductor::bootloader_by_arch parameter has been added.

• The new ironic::conductor::graceful_shutdown_timeout parameter has been added.

• The new ironic::conductor::error_on_ramdisk_config_inconsistency parameter has been added.

• The new ironic::inspector::host parameter has been added.

• The new ironic::neutron::fail_on_port_binding_failure parameter has been added.

• The ironic class now has two new parameters rabbit_use_queue_manager and rabbit_stream_fanout.

• The new ironic::drivers::redfish::firmware_update_wait_unresponsive_bmc parameter has been added.

• The ironic::keystone::auth class now adds the service role by default. Set the roles parameter not to add the role.

• The ironic::keystone::auth_inspector class now adds the service role by default. Set the roles parameter not to add the role.

Upgrade Notes

• Puppet 7 is no longer supported. Use Puppet 8 instead.

• The ironic::rabbit_heartbeat_in_pthread parameter and the ironic::inspector::rabbit_heartbeat_in_pthread have been removed.

• The ironic::logging::watch_log_file parameter and the ironic::inspector::logging::watch_log_file parameter have been removed.

• Default value of the username parameters in the following classes has been changed from ironic to ironic-inspector.
